Hi, I’m Dimitris
and I’ll be your guide.
For years, I wondered how different my life might have felt if someone had taught me—early on—how to understand my emotions, how to feel safe with others, how to stop mistaking survival for love.
That question led me down the path of studying psychology, researching childhood development, and eventually creating this course. Not to teach theory—but to offer the kind of guidance I once needed myself (and I wish my parent had when raising me)
I hold a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and ICF and NLP certifications, and I’ve spent the last few years helping others reconnect with the part of themselves that got left behind: their inner child.
This course was built to give you what many of us missed growing up—language for your feelings, clarity around your patterns, and the tools to heal what still hurts.
It’s not about fixing you.
