Burned Out,
Disconnected,
Operating on Autopilot?
I help accomplished professionals move beyond surface solutions to understand the deeper patterns keeping them stuck—and reconnect with who they actually are beneath the roles they play.
Hi, I’m Dimitris
I spent 17 years in corporate environments before transitioning into psychology and coaching. I understand what it's like when success on paper masks disconnection underneath.

Who is this for?
You've "Made It", but feel hollow
You've climbed the ladder, earned the title, built the life you planned. But somewhere along the way, you lost the thread of what actually matters to you. The success feels mechanical, the days feel repetitive, and you're wondering: "Is this it?"
Life has shifted, and so must you
Career change, relationship ending, identity crisis, loss. The structures that defined you are crumbling, and you're navigating unfamiliar territory without a map. You need more than advice—you need someone who can help you make meaning of this.
You know what's wrong, but can't change it
You recognize your patterns: people-pleasing, overworking, emotional shutdown, relationship struggles. You've tried willpower, self-help, positive thinking. But the same cycles keep repeating because the roots go deeper than you realised.
My approach
I work at the intersection of trauma-informed therapy and transformational coaching. This isn't about quick fixes or generic advice—it's about understanding the deeper patterns that shape your life, and doing the work to change them. My approach integrates:
Transformational Coaching
ICF coaching methodology for creating sustainable change. Understanding "why" matters, but so does "what now", we translate insight into action, intention into practice.
Compassionate Inquiry
Going beneath surface symptoms to explore what's really driving your patterns. Based on Gabor Maté's method, this helps you understand how past experiences shape present behaviour—with curiosity, not blame.
Cue-Centered Therapy
Working with your body's wisdom through Stanford Medicine's approach to emotional cues. Your nervous system holds information your thinking mind can't access, we learn to listen to it.
Psychological Foundation
Grounded in neuroscience, psychoanalytic theory, and psychology research. I bring intellectual rigour to emotional work, you get frameworks that help things make sense.
How it works
STEP 1: Discovery Session
We explore what brought you here, what patterns you're noticing, and whether my approach resonates with you. No pressure to commit, this is about mutual fit.
STEP 2: Transformation Package (10 sessions)
Deep, collaborative work over 3-4 months. We examine the roots of your patterns, process what needs attention, and build new ways of being that actually fit who you are.
STEP 3: Sustained Transformation
Some clients complete a package and move forward independently. Others continue for deeper work or ongoing support.
We'll know what's right as we go.
This Isn't Typical Coaching or Therapy
→ No toxic positivity or quick fixes
Real change requires looking at what you've been avoiding, not papering over it with affirmations.
→ Systemic understanding, not self-blame
Your struggles make sense in context. We explore how larger systems (family, culture, work) shaped your patterns.
→ Intellectual depth + emotional authenticity
I'll name the brain structures, cite the research, reference Jung and Frankl—and also share my own human experience when it serves you.
→ Collaborative, not prescriptive
You're the expert on your life. My job is asking the questions that help you see more clearly, not telling you what to do.

Your Questions, Answered
-
It's both and neither, strictly speaking. I integrate trauma-informed therapeutic depth with forward-focused coaching. You get the psychological understanding of therapy with the action-orientation of coaching.
-
Most therapy focuses on symptom management and coping. Most coaching focuses on goals and performance. This work goes deeper. We're exploring the patterns and wounds underneath, while also creating practical change. It's for people who want both understanding AND transformation.
-
No, I operate as a private practice coach. This is an out-of-pocket investment. However, some HSA/FSA plans may cover coaching services—check with your provider.
-
Real change doesn't happen overnight. Most clients benefit from at least 8-10 sessions (3-4 months) to see meaningful transformation. Some continue for 6-12 months for deeper work. We'll reassess together as we go.
-
That's exactly what the Discovery Session is for. It's a chance for both of us to assess fit with no pressure to continue. Many people need to "feel it out" before committing to deeper work.
-
Absolutely. Many clients work with both a therapist and a coach. If you're dealing with acute mental health issues (severe depression, active addiction, etc.), having a licensed therapist as your primary support is important. This coaching work can complement that beautifully.
-
Yes, all sessions are conducted online via video call. I work with clients globally and can accommodate most timezones.
